TikTok user Hallie Grace was amazed when she saw an ad for World of Warcraft at Walt Disney World Resort. Or rather ... she laughed herself silly. How it came about can be explained relatively quickly. Hallie was visiting with a friend on the ride Spaceship Earth, which is located in the Epcot Center at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Epcot is one of the giant theme park's four worlds, and Spaceship Earth uses dioramas and displays to explain the evolution of humanity's communications.
While Egyptian figures chisel hieroglyphics in the background, Hallie was more surprised by the touchscreen in front of her during her visit, emblazoned with WoW advertising. She promptly pulled out her phone and took a video while wondering about the display as much as her companion. Giggling, they then pressed "Gaming" when the question came up about what their future looked like. You can watch the video at wdwnt.com.

Disney is probably less happy about the display. Because it can be assumed that an update of the Intel graphics driver caused the problem. Or rather that someone forgot to deactivate the "Open on Boot" option, as the authors from wdwnt.com suspect. This in turn caused the options menu to open on the display, which otherwise shows a 2D render image of Spaceship Earth.
Speaking of which: How about a Warcraft or Blizzard theme park? In real life, not virtually. Would you pay it a visit if money is no object?
