WoW Classic: 4-player group wrestles down Onyxia

Raiders on the official Classic servers are probably out on one of the battlegrounds right now, fine-tuning their gear until the upcoming release of the Pitchwing Hoard. Onyxia and Ragnaros have been in the dirt for almost half a year now. Ragnaros didn't even survive the first ID after the release of the official Classic servers. This is partly due to patch level 1.12., but also because players have learned.

Nevertheless, of course, you can still wipe as a 40-player group at Onyxia if things do not go as planned. One group has now managed to send the Brood Mother to the boards with only four players. The group consisted of a Warrior, a Holy Priest, a Holy Paladin, and a Hunter who was in charge of damage. As you can see from the logs, the fight lasted just under an hour. And who knows how many attempts the four of them needed....

As glorious as the victory was, however, one must ask oneself whether it was worth it - in the truest sense of the word. For in addition to repair costs, the two healers in the group alone consumed a combined total of nearly 50 Significant Mana Potions as well as Dark Runes. To support his two healers, the tank threw in 18 Great Fire Potions over the entire duration of the fight. The
