The Corruption Merchant announced for this week, where you can buy targeted Corruption effects for Echoes of Ny'alotha, will not be unlocked today (5/20/20), but should be implemented this WoW ID according to the developers. To compensate for this somewhat delayed feature, the Impressive Influence reputation buff has been extended until May 21. Players can therefore still benefit from double reputation points with most BfA factions up to and including tomorrow.

Update 11:56 a.m.: The merchant is now active and selling six different spoilage effects

The feature, which seems to have been designed on short notice, still has to pass some tests before it will be released bug-free. For example, until recently there was still the question of how to deal with items that had already been cleansed of corruption, and whether they could be inflicted with corruption again.

However, the Corruption Merchant has been active on the American servers for a short time and has given us a preview of how much other Corruption effects will cost
