The content patch 8.3 for the current expansion World of Warcraft Battle for Azeroth is live, and the next bug fixes and adjustments will be delivered in the form of hotfixes.
Below you can read the official German patch notes. Hotfixes are updates that are made server-side without the need to download new data. Some of the changes listed below will take effect as soon as Blizzard implements them, whereas others will only take effect after an announced realm restart. Please note that some issues cannot be fixed without a client-side patch. The full patch notes for the latest patch 8.3 can be found in this article.

- Windrunner
- Fixed a bug where Whirling Crane Kick was not capturing the number of targets with Mark of the Crane active as intended.

- Return to Karazhan
- Characters now appear at the entrance of the instance after entering.
- Ny'alotha, the Awakened City
- N'Zoth the Corruptor
- Azeroth's Rays now restores sanity to characters with active immunity effects as intended on all difficulty levels.

- Disturbing Visions
- Fixed a bug where more than two Ripped Pages of Fear and Flesh could be captured in Disturbing Visions.
- Items and Rewards
- The cooldown on the active ability of Ashjra'kamas, Cloth of Determination is now reset after the end of a boss fight.
- Corrupted Items
- Fixed a bug where Void Ritual was not scaling with content level as intended during time walks.
- Heart of Azeroth
- Fixed a bug where the graphical effects of rank 4 of the essence Resonance of the World Vein were not displaying as intended.
- Corrupted Items
PvP
- Fixed a bug where characters could remain servants of N'Zoth outside of War Mode.
- The Alliance mount Malevolent White War Saber now becomes Malevolent White Bone Steed for Horde characters as intended.
