If you still can't get enough of faction warfare in WoW: Shadowlands despite the shaky peace treaty between the Alliance and the Horde and would like to make the faction leaders a head shorter, you'll have to prepare for a few changes. According to Wowhead, Blizzard is taking the developments of the story in Shadowlands into account and is adjusting the two achievements "For the Alliance!" and "For the Horde!" accordingly.
ATTENTION: There are slight STORY-SPOILERS to Shadowlands!
06:51WoW: The first afterlife short film - Bastion World of Warcraft from €14.99
For both the Alliance and the Horde lose - at least temporarily - some of their leaders. After the Horde renounces a single warchief and instead appoints a council of individual folk leaders, the Maw's dungeon master kidnaps most of these leaders to the Shadowlands. Only Rokhan remains as leader of the trolls. Anduin also disappears, so High Exarch Turalyon temporarily takes his place on the throne of Stormwind.
Blizzard has therefore in the beta of WoW (buy now € 14.99 ): Shadowlands beta, Blizzard has adjusted the "For the Alliance!" and "For the Horde!" achievements accordingly. Horde players must now kill High Exarch Turalyon as part of "Executing the Exarch," while Alliance players must take care of Rokhan for "Opposing Orgrimmar."
- For the Alliance! - Kill the leaders of the Horde.
- Opposing Orgrimmar - Kill Rokhan.
- For the Horde! - Kill the Alliance leaders.
- Executing the Exarch - Kill High Exarch Turalyon.
now, by the way, the achievement that requires you to kill Baine Bluthuf still stands, even if the dungeon master also takes the Tauren chieftain into the maw in Shadowlands.
